- Updates: We may deliver patches and content updates automatically to keep services secure and functional.
- Third‑party Platforms: If you access via Apple, Google, Steam, or console stores, their terms apply to purchases and access.
Content, features, or events may change over time as we balance gameplay, fix issues, or comply with platform and legal requirements. We strive to communicate material changes early where possible.
Security, Privacy, and Compliance

Encryption
TLS 1.2+ in transit and AES-256 at rest where applicable. Secrets are rotated and stored securely.

Continuous monitoring, anomaly detection, and a documented incident response process with player notification where required.
Data Retention
Gameplay analytics may be retained up to 24 months; operational logs typically 30 days. Data is deleted upon verified request unless legally required to retain.

Fair Play & Community Conduct
We want fair, inclusive gameplay. Cheating and abuse harm the community and will be acted on.
- No cheating, bots, exploits, packet editing, or unauthorized mods for online play.
- No harassment, hate speech, impersonation, doxxing, or threatening behavior.
- One person per account; selling or sharing accounts is prohibited.
- We may use anti‑cheat and server‑side validation; enforcement can include suspensions or permanent bans.
Purchases, Virtual Items & Refunds
Purchases are processed by the platform or payment provider. Keep your receipts for support.
- Virtual currency and items are licensed, have no cash value, and are non‑transferable.
- All sales are final except where platform policy or applicable law requires a refund.
- Chargebacks may result in removal of items or account suspension pending resolution.
- Subscriptions auto‑renew unless canceled before the renewal date; benefits apply to the active term only.
User Content & IP
- You own your user‑generated content; you grant DracoArts a worldwide license to host, display, and moderate it.
- Do not upload content you don't have rights to or that violates law or community standards.
- All game code, art, music, trademarks, and logos are owned by DracoArts or licensors.
- Feedback you provide may be used without obligation to you.
Termination, Disclaimers & Disputes
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect players and services.
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the last 12 months.
- Governing law and venue will be your country of residence where required, otherwise the laws of our principal place of business.
- We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with the effective date.
